What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We may collect data found in emails, visitor IP addresses, comments and browser user strings to help with spam detection, to improve our site and to improve the services we offer.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images on the website.
Contact forms and Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, a temporary cookie may be set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

– Currently we can not ship CBD products to Idaho, Nebraska or South Dakota –
Small packages may be shipped using USPS ground while FedEx or UPS may be used for larger boxes. We offer a variety of products. Some may leave our warehouse in as little as 2 days after order has been placed, while others may take up to a week. The weight of your product and address zip code may affect delivery times.
We do not have a pick-up option available. All items sold are shipped to the customer.
When will I receive my order?
We process orders in 1-7 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation that it has been shipped. You will also be able to track your product for accurate delivery date and time.
Order Guarantee – Returns/Exchanges
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all orders. If you receive an order with missing product, damaged product, or the wrong item, please email us within 5 business days of the receipt of the order. Note that large orders may be shipped in several different boxes and arrive on different days.
No refund or credit will be issued after 30 days. We cannot guarantee any meltable items. We cannot accept returns on opened products. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For returns or exchanges on unopened products, please email us with your order information within 30 days. Your return must be received, inspected and approved before a refund or credit can be issued.
You must receive prior authorization from Customer Service before returning any items. Refunds for returns exclude shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for shipping the products back to us in their original condition. Refunds may be a full refund, partial refund, or a full or partial credit on a future order.
If items are refused at delivery, original and return shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser’s original form of payment.
Approved refunds or credits issued on Sale or Special items will be issued in the amount of the purchase only.

Shipping Addresses – Locations
PO Box shipments are available for smaller items, and will be delivered via the USPS. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are accepted. Please make sure you fill out the address correctly for these military shipments, and select one of the Armed Forces locations in the STATE drop-down menu in the shopping cart.
Shipping & Offices Closed – Holidays
Orders are not shipped on company holidays, which include but are not limited to New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve Day.
Shipping charges and available service will vary based on product, package weight and country of destination. Please note that this applies to expedited shipping as well as standard ground shipments. Orders for products that ship directly from the manufacturer are subject to the policies of that manufacturer and may be subject to delays. It is up to their discretion whether to ship internationally in select cases.
Fulfillment times vary. You will be emailed tracking information for your order after your purchase.
Orders shipping outside the United States will not be eligible for free shipping. Orders which must ship via Freight Carriers will also be exempt from any Free Shipping promotion.
Tracking information may not be available for orders shipped to an International PO Box. Delivery can take up to 2-6 weeks after fullfilment.
Customs and Duties
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Essential Tremor Products cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your order is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin.
Goods that are entirely made in the USA may be duty free, but still subject to GST/PST.

It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. Please make sure that you are in an approved jurisdiction as we cannot reship or refund orders that are confiscated by customs.
Shipments to Brazil require a Tax ID number for private individuals and businesses. In Brazil, this is called the CPF – Cadastro Pessoa Fisica and has a format like 000.000.028-00, For businesses the number is called a CPNJ Cadastro Nacional de Pessoa Juridica and it has a format like 00.000.486/0001-0.
Shipments to Indonesia require an import license. Shipments to Serbia require a business license for invoices over $200 US. Please make sure that you meet those requirements as we cannot reship or refund orders that are confiscated by customs.
Dangerous or hazardous goods
Before ordering products that may be considered hazardous please refer the USPS approved country list to see if you comply HERE. We are not reasonable for any shipments that are not approved by customs or your jurisdictions standards and will not provide any refunds.
All prices shown on essentialtremorproducts.com are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to yahoo.finance.com or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and we are not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.
